For anyone that might have a few spare dollars to buy themselves an Aston Martin, why not complete the purchase with an Aston Martin apartment? That’s exactly what will tower the skyline in Miami; the new Aston Martin Residences.
Synonymous for designing and building some of the most luxurious wheels to grip the road and stunning speedboats to surf the shores, the legendary British brand is taking its prestige factor sky-high entering into the property market with its first ever residential development; ‘The Aston Martin Residences’ at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami, U.S.A.
Enlisting and collaborating on the construction with G&G Business Developments, the building will shoot into a 66-story curved glass tower equipped with an infinity pool and sky bar, virtual golf room, a day spa and a boxing gym for all residence to enjoy. You’ll also have a 24-hour butler at your beck and call, a self-parking garage and for anyone with a boat there are private docks (obviously to house your Aston Martin speed boat).
When perusing your preferred apartment, you have options from a studio, a one bedroom right up to a five-room sleeper fit with 5 bathrooms and a library, accompanied by 12-foot ceiling heights, marble flooring and a custom European kitchen. For those wanting the ultimate pad, the penthouse comes with private elevators and expansive ocean views over the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay that you can enjoy on your private balcony. Spread across 19,000-square-foot of homely luxury, the detail throughout has been meticulously finished with Aston Martin materials. Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, partnered with G&G to provide owners with distinctive Aston Martin ‘essentials’ like bespoke artisan handles with hand-stitched leather door tabs, carbon-fiber furniture in a chic monochrome grey-and-black colour scheme as well as individual residence number-plate plinths to give a slight nod to the auto origins and a individual essence to each abode. For anyone wishing to design their condos to precisions, you can also have time with Mr Reichman himself to achieve all your interior dreams.
In terms of the cash talk, I would have thought the starting price of these apartments would have begun at $1m plus, but with an asking price from around $600,000 USD that isn’t too bad considering you’ll be ‘sleeping in an Aston Martin’. Don’t get too excited though as other apartments go up to $8.5 million USD, with each penthouse having an asking price of $14 million USD to $50 million USD. Early sales of the tower have already gone gangbusters, selling up a cool $150 million worth of real estate, which isn’t surprising. With completion scheduled by 2021, you can see more at astonmartinresidences.com. You can also check out the video clips below of the floor plans and the tower.
