Ever wondered what type of abode some of the world’s elite fashion designer call home? From Tom Ford’s $97 million ranch, Alexander Wang’s $4.6 million New York loft, Tommy Hilfiger’s $75 million Penthouse and Alexander McQueens $14 million Mayfair Pad, here’s a look into the luxe spaces and little architecture envy.
TOMMY HILFIGER'S $36.6M FLORIDA MANSION
Let’s kick it off with Tommy Hilfiger and his more modest AUD$36.6 million Florida Mansion; we’ll get to the penthouse next. With eccentric accents and bold finishes, the waterfront home was pieced together by interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, complete with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swimming pool just in case you didn’t feel like a dip in the private beach the property adjoins.
From yellow polka dot walls, a banana wallpaper bathroom and reflective lounge ceiling, an intent to channel the bright colours and essence of the 1960/70’s carried through the home with one key point for Bullard’s brief being to also display Hilfiger’s artwork collection.
HILFIGER'S $75M NYC PLAZA HOTEL PENTHOUSE
When Mr Hilfiger is in the big apple, his New York City Plaza Hotel Penthouse is where you would have found him; that is before he put this gem on the market for $75 million AUD.
This luxe property is a sprawling 5,600 square-foot, four bedroom, four bathroom pad, with a wet bar, breakfast room under the Plaza Hotel dome, a library and uninterrupted views of Fifth Avenue and Central Park.

Stay dapper gents.
